Amna Fatima Hasni
Amna graduated from Richard Montgomery High school's International Baccalaureate program in May 2022 and will be starting at Johns Hopkins University in Fall 2023 with a major in biomedical engineering. She has deferred college for a year, during which she is studying in Iran, focusing on personal growth and planning for the future. Since she was young, Amna has had a love for tutoring and thrives in an academic setting. She tutored elementary age students throughout her last three years of high school in addition to working at Kumon, an after school math and reading program. While she was in high school, she took a total of 18 AP/IB exams ranging from BC Calc to Spanish Language, scoring 4s and 5s on all AP exams and 5 and above on all IB exams. She graduated with a GPA of 4.82 and thanks to this tutoring service, she scored 1580 on the SAT. Amna has a passion for martial arts, journaling, and math. She likes to spend time in nature and go for walks with her family.
